Fulfillment Time

Personalized orders require time to prepare.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment time is 8 to 10 business days. This includes reviewing the order details, personalization, quality checks, and careful packaging of the gift bundle.

Because Smiling Surprise is a small business, each order is handled thoughtfully rather than rushed through mass production.

Shipping Time

After your order is fulfilled and shipped, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and local courier service.

You will receive a tracking update once your package is dispatched so you can follow your order until it reaches you.

Important Note

Please place your order in advance, especially for anniversary dates. Fulfillment and shipping times are separate, so total delivery time may take up to 13 to 15 business days from the date of order for personalized bundles.
